Space/Event Requests:

The new Ohio Union is approaching its opening, and we are excited to host your event!  With over 30 meeting and event spaces, we are sure to have just the space you need for your events.  The new Ohio Union will be the heartbeat of the campus with versatile and creative spaces as well as the special touches that make it home to all Buckeyes and friends. We began scheduling regular/weekly meetings for student organizations in early January 2010. You can request space using our Virtual Scheduling System found here: www.ohiounion.osu.edu/vems.

You can find some helpful information, such as floor plans and a capacity sheet for each space, in the PDF documents below.  Please contact Hannah Merrill at 614-247-1856 or hmerrill@studentlife.osu.edu to either reserve your space or set up a time to meet and discuss the options available to you.
